Property developer firm Beta Egypt for Urban Development says it targets contractual sales of two billion Egyptian pounds ($113.2 million) from its flagship Beta Greens in Mostakbal City in New Cairo within 2018.
Beta Greens will be carried out on a space of 85 feddans in six phases, with initial investments worth around 6 billion pounds, said the company’s chairman Alaa Fikry on Wednesday.
“The fully-fledged commercial and residential project is set to include 100 villas, varying between residential apartments and duplexes,” Fikry further stated, adding that Beta Green’s built up area reaches about 20 percent.
