Property developer firm Beta Egypt for Urban Development is planning to start carrying out the first phase of its fully-fledged commercial and residential flagship Beta Greens in Mostakbal City in New Cairo by early 2019.
Beta Egypt’s chairman Alaa Fikry said Sunday that the project will be executed over 85 faddans in six phases, with initial investments worth one billion Egyptian pounds (56.4 million).
Beta Greens is to comprise about 3,000 housing units, including 100 villas and a number of various residential apartments, Fikry further told Amwal Al Ghad.
“The project’s built-up area is around 20 percent,” the Egyptian official stated, adding that his company has started recently marketing Beta Greens.
