Big 5 Construct Egypt opens on June 25 under ministerial patronage

The sixth edition of Big 5 Construct Egypt, the country’s flagship construction industry event, is taking place in Cairo on June 25-27, under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. The expo will be held at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC).

Big 5 Construct Egypt is a flagship construction industry event in Egypt, building on the country’s construction sector promising trajectory.

This year’s edition of the event is particularly significant, coinciding with a period of robust expansion in Egypt’s construction market. The sector is anticipated to boom by 7.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) in the current fiscal year 2023-24 and is projected to increase by 7.9 per cent YoY in 2024-25, according to BMI Research, a Fitch Solutions company.
