Brickzey Property Management eyes 5bn sales in favour of others this year
Egypt’s Brickzey Property Management targets sales worth five billion Egyptian pounds ($283.9 million) in favour of others at the end of 2018, said its chairman and chief executive Ahmed Selim on Wednesday.
The real estate market is set to witness a 25 percent increase in the prices of properties within this year, Selim further added.
Last Month, the official said that his company is responsible for marketing about 100 flagships in favour of others, including five projects in Hadayek October area in Sixth of October City
Sixth of October City is 17 km (10.5 miles) from the pyramids of Giza and 32 km from downtown Cairo. It was established in 1979 by the decree of the Egyptian Former President Anwar El Sadat.
“The company seeks to inaugurate a new branch in New Cairo city and Heliopolis area within this year,” Selim concluded.
