C.bank of Egypt unveils Ramadan working hours

Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced Tuesday working hours during the holy month of Ramadan will start at 9:00 am Cairo time and end at 2:00 pm.

The bank will be welcoming customers from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, the CBE added in a statement.

On Sunday, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced the trading hours during Ramadan will start at 10:00 am Cairo time and end at 1:30 pm.

The preopening session will start at 9:30 am, as orders registration of heavy-weighted transactions will begin at 9:15 am to 9:30 am.

Ramadan 1439 is projected to start as of Thursday, 17 May 2018.
