Cairo governorate says it is planning to deliver two social housing projects within the next two months, at a total cost of 1.6 billion Egyptian pounds ($88.4 million).
Hany Shenish, Director of Cairo Housing Directorate, told Amwal Al Ghad Sunday that the projects are located in Badr and Helwan cities, on a total space reaches 200 feddans.
The two projects will provide nearly 10,000 housing units and full services for suitable life conditions, Shenish added.
“There are 25 construction firms operating in the two projects,” he concluded.
