Canada’s coronavirus death toll has climbed on Sunday by more than 12 percent to 674 in one single day, according to official data released by the public health agency.
By 11:00 eastern time (15:00 GMT), the total number of people infected with the coronavirus had surged to 23,719. The respective figures at the same time reported on Saturday were 600 deaths and 22,559 positive diagnoses.
