CBE: Banks off on Sunday for Islamic holiday

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced that all banks operating in Egypt shall be closed on Sunday, September 15, observing an Islamic holiday, ‘Mawlid Nabawy’ Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.

Work resumes on Monday, September 16.
