CBE Offers EGP5.5bln T-Bills on Sunday

The Central Bank of Egypt(CBE) will be offering today 91-and-273 day EGP5.5billion treasury bills on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.

CBE explained that 91-day worth EGP2billion, whereas 273-day reaches EGP3.5billion.

The Ministry is aiming to borrow EGP206.5billion from the local market within the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2013/2014, against EGP200billion in the first quarter of the same year.
