Central Bank of Egypt’s gold holdings hit EGP533.767b in Nov’24

The gold holdings of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) rose to 533.767 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of November 2024 from 545.310 billion in October, a CBE report showed on Wednesday.

According to the CBE’s monthly financial position report, the central bank also saw growth in its total assets, which reached 6.249 trillion Egyptian pounds by the end of November 2024, an increase from 6.213 trillion pounds at the end of October 2024.
