China’s Ministry of Commerce criticised Japan’s proposed export controls on semiconductors, warning that they would disrupt trade between Chinese and Japanese companies, Reuters reported on Monday.
China called on Japan to correct its actions, stating that the move could destabilise the global supply chain.
The ministry emphasiaed that China will take steps to protect the rights of Chinese businesses.
