China to issue $7.7b ultra-long treasury bonds on July 24

China’s Ministry of Finance announced on Wednesday that the country will issue its fourth batch of ultra-long special treasury bonds this year on July 24th, with a value of 55 billion yuan ($7.7 billion) and a 30-year term.

These bonds, with terms exceeding 10 years, are part of China’s proactive fiscal policies for this year. Previous issuances included bonds with terms of 20, 30, and 50 years. Analysts believe this bond issuance will enhance market confidence and support economic development.
