China’s CATL expands deal with Maersk terminals

Chinese electric vehicle battery giant (CATL) announced a partnership with Maersk’s APM Terminals for the development and after-sales support of advanced battery products.

The partnership, which includes battery recycling, is an expansion of a strategic agreement made on Wednesday. The companies will speed up the electrification of container handling equipment using high-performance batteries.
