CIB bank partakes in two climate adaptation projects in Egypt – official
The Commercial International Bank (CIB-Egypt), is taking part in two projects for climate change adaptation in Egypt, said its chief sustainability officer Dalia Abdel Kader on Thursday.
Abdel Kader made her remarks at the Egypt International Cooperation Forum (Egypt-ICF 2022).
CIB, one of Egypt’s largest private lenders, has been the first bank to launch green bonds, she added, saying that the bank is keen in financing and carrying out projects related to Egypt’s Nexus on Water, Food and Energy Programme, which is also known as the NWFE Programme. Abdel Kader stated.
