Commercial International Bank of Egypt (CIB) ,in its statements today, announced the postponement of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) due to lack of quorum; noting that the EGM was scheduled to be held on Monday- July First.
CIB’s business reports showed that the bank posted an increase of 30% to reach EGP 657.7 million in the first quarter of 2013, compared to EGP 505.4 million in the corresponding time last year.
