Citi Launches Prepaid Visa Cards in Egypt
Citi today announced that its Global Transaction Services business has launched Prepaid Visa Card Services in Egypt.
This new Prepaid Card solution provides a simple and convenient way for corporate and public sector clients to deliver payments, including payroll, per diem programs as well as sales incentives. With this launch, Citi’s Prepaid Card solutions are now offered in 29 countries around the world
Replacing existing checks, vouchers or cash payments with a more efficient, secure and convenient Prepaid Visa Card, Citi® Prepaid Services delivers personalised Visa® cards and accounts to recipients without any credit checks, required bank accounts or cumbersome applications.. 
Citibank’s Clients will now be able to take advantage of the Prepaid Card Service, creating comprehensive electronic payment programs that reduce costs, enhance operational efficiencies and provide an unmatched user experience.
Leveraging an extensive payment platform and proprietary Prepaid technology, Citi® Prepaid Service allow for flexible methods of payment and access to funds via Point of Sale terminals or ATMs anywhere Visa is accepted globally.
