City Edge to triple its investments to EGP3billion during 2021

The leading real estate developer, City Edge, is planning to at least triple its investments next year with 3 billion Egyptian pounds earmarked for 2021, its hairman Ashraf Salman said during a conference.

The company will invest additional  400 million Egyptian pounds in 4Q2020 to reach the company’s  850 million pounds target by the end of 2020, he added.

These investments will be pumped into the completion of construction works of “Etapa” and “Etapa Square” projects, in addition to installments for land that the company recently acquired in New Cairo
