City Sites promotes 40 projects for 16 real estate companies in Egypt

Egypt newly established Real Estate Marketing Consultancy & Brokerage, City Sites is exclusively marketing 40 projects on behalf of 16 real estate investments operating in the local market, the company’s CEO Sarah Mesbah said Tuesday.

City Sites has made contractual sales of 100 million Egyptian pounds on behalf of large real estate since its inception in September 2015. In addition, it is planning to push its sales twofold by the end of the current year.

Mesbah told Amwal Al Ghad that the company is promoting projects in favour of large real estate companies, namely Palm Hills, Emaar Misr, Amer Group, Samcrete Egypt, Sodic, Tatweer Misr, Metawee Group, Hyde Park for real estate development and Misr-Italia Holding.

In addition, it also promotes projects for Inertia Holding Group, Dar Al Mimar Group (DMG), Royaa Real Estate Investment Company, Dorra Group, and Aldau Heights.

City Sites is promoting diversified segments of projects in different places to attract more clients, Mesbah noted.
