Complaint Against Sabahy, ElBaradei, El Badawi On Overthroing Regime Charges

An urgent complaint to the new prosecutor general Talaat Abdallah filed by lawyer Hamed Sedeek against Mohamed ElBaradei- Chairman of “AlDostour” party- Hamdeen Sabahy- former presidential candidate- and EL Sayed El Badawi- Chairman of “El Wafd” party. The complaint is calling for investigating with them, issuing a travel ban, and reserving the headquarters of “Al Wafd”.

The complaint No. 4296 elaborated that the defendants have agreed with foreign powers to baffle President Mohamed Morsi and create interior crisis. They had coordinated with each other and implemented their plan through withdrawing from the Constituent Assembly; in an attempt to overthrow the regime.

The complaint called for issuing a travel ban hastily on the defendants, investigating with them over accusations of overthrowing the regime, and espionage for foreign authorities.
