Crédit Agricole Egypt nine-month net profit at EGP 1.03 bln
Crédit Agricole Egypt, part of France’s second-largest bank Crédit Agricole, reported on Thursday a 44.3 percent year-on-year drop in net profit for the first nine months of 2020.
The bank has made a nine-month net profit worth 1.036 billion Egyptian pounds ($66.2 million) from 1.863 billion pounds in the same period last year.
Customers’ deposits rose to around 40.99 billion pounds in the January-September period, compared to 39.6 billion pounds last year.
