Delta Insurance’s investments rise to EGP 787.4 mln March-end

Egyptian Delta Insurance’s total investment portfolio increased to 787.4 million Egyptian pounds ($49.7 million) at the end of third quarter of the 2019/2020 financial year, according to sources.

This portfolio varies between public debt instruments, including government treasury bills and bonds, besides saving certificates and banking deposits, in addition to the real estate assets, the sources told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.

“At the end of March, real estate investments recorded 10.8 million pounds. Investments in treasury bills stood at around 15.6 million at the end the 2019/2020 financial year,” they said.
