Egyptian Delta Life Assurance’s total assets climbed to 1.23 billion Egyptian pounds ($75.5 million) at the end of the financial year 2018/2019, said official sources in the firm on Sunday.
Earlier, assets registered 1.06 billion pounds at the end of the financial year 2017/2018.
“Our net fixed assets recorded around 5.2 million pounds at the end of last June, up from 5.1 million pounds during the financial year 2017/2018,” the sources told Amwal Al Ghad.
The company’s shareholders’ equity also rose to 159.9 million pounds during the last financial year, compared with 120 million pounds during the financial year 2017/2018, they added.
“Our total liabilities grew to about 1.07 billion pounds during the last financial year 2018/2019 versus 946.9 million pounds a year earlier,” the sources said.
