Edge Holding plans Egypt IPO in 2022

Real estate developer Edge Holding for Urban Development plans to list on Egypt’s stock exchange (EGX) in 2022, its chairman told local press on Thursday.

The company also plans to increase its investments in the Egyptian new administrative capital to 25 billion Egyptian pounds ($1.6 billion) from 9 billion pounds in the next three years, its chairman Hazem ElSherif said.

Founded in in early 2018, Edge Holding Group, is a Saudi Egyptian joint venture between Al-Borouj Egypt and El-Mashareq KSA.
