EFSA: Egypt’s leasing contracts record EGP4.1bln in Jan.

Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) revealed leasing contracts  have signed 280 contracts worth 4.1 billion Egyptian pounds in January 2019 comparing with 142 contracts worth 2.8 billion pounds in the same period 2019.

Moreover, the county’s real estate sector came first in the leasing activity contracts worth 2.9 billion pounds in January 2019 in comparison to 2.1 billion pounds by the end of January 2018, thus it increased by 37 percent o

While heavy trucks sector came second jumping  169 percent and recording 274.9 million pounds by the end of January 2019 in comparison to 102 million pounds a year earlier.

In addition, the  machine and equipment sector was third with contracts worth 101 million pounds in the above mentioned  period in comparison to 407 million pounds a year earlier.
