EG Bank’s standalone profit inches up 2 % during H1

the Egyptian Gulf Bank (EG Bank) showed net profits of 317.03 million Egyptian pounds during the first half (H1) of 2020, slightly up by 2 percent from 311.53 million pounds a year earlier, according to its unaudited standalone financial results

The bank’s interest income grew to 3.78 billion pounds in the January-June period, compared to  3.66 billion pounds in the corresponding period a year earlier.
