EGP advances against USD at Sunday’s close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) appreciated against the US dollar (USD) on Sunday, July 20, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.3074 and the selling rate at EGP 49.4063, compared with Thursday’s rates of EGP 49.3729 for buying and EGP 49.4729 for selling.
