EGP closes slightly down against USD on Thursday

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reported the average exchange rates for the US dollar (USD) against the Egyptian pound (EGP) at the end of trading on Thursday.

According to the CBE’s website, the buying rate stood at EGP 49.23 and the selling rate at EGP 49.33 versus the dollar.

This marks a slight decrease from Wednesday’s rates, when the pound was trading at EGP 49.17 for buying and EGP 49.27 for selling.
