EGP dips against USD at Monday’s close

EGP fluctuates against USD in early trade

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reported the average exchange rates for the US dollar (USD) against the Egyptian pound (EGP) at the end of trading on Monday.

According to the CBE’s website, the USD’s buying rate stood at EGP 49.26 and the selling rate at EGP 49.36 versus the dollar.

This represents a small drop from Sunday’s rates, when the greenback was trading at EGP 49.18 for buying and EGP 49.28 for selling.
