EGP nudges down against USD at start of Sunday trade
The Egyptian Pound (EGP) experienced a slight downward trend against the US Dollar (USD) at the start of the market on Sunday, April 7, 2024.
The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque de Caire, and the Commercial International Bank (CIB) established their buying and selling rates at EGP 47.36 and EGP 47.46, respectively.
Conversely, Faisal Islamic Bank and the United Bank set a buying rate of EGP 47.30 and a selling rate of EGP 47.40.
QNB ALAHLI set a buying rate of EGP 47.35 and a selling rate of EGP 47.45.
Finally, the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank set their buying rate at EGP 47.64 and their selling rate at EGP 47.74, while the Arab African International Bank set their buying rate at EGP 47.37 and their selling rate at EGP 47.47.
The Housing and Development Bank offered slightly lower rates, with a buying rate of EGP 47.10 and a selling rate of EGP 47.20.
