EGP nudges up against USD in Tuesday’s early trade
The Egyptian Pound (EGP) saw a minor increase against the US Dollar (USD) in early market activity on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
The National Bank of Egypt, the Commercial International Bank (CIB), and the Faisal Islamic Bank updated their buying and selling rates to EGP 47.50 and EGP 47.60, respectively.
In the meantime, Banque Misr and Banque de Caire set their respective buying and selling rates at EGP 47.46 and EGP 47.56. The United Bank followed suit with a buying rate of EGP 47.50 and a selling rate of EGP 47.60.
QNB ALAHLI and the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank established their buying and selling rates at EGP 47.55 and EGP 47.65, respectively.
The Arab African International Bank posted their buying and selling rates at EGP 47.52 and EGP 47.62, respectively.
Offering slightly lower rates, the Housing and Development Bank set their buying rate at EGP 47.33 and their selling rate at EGP 47.43.
