EGP stays stable vs. USD as Sunday market opens

The Egyptian Pound (EGP) remained stable against the US Dollar (USD) at the market opening on Sunday, May 19, 2024.

The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, and Banque du Caire set their exchange rates at EGP 46.84 for purchase and EGP 46.94 for sale.

Concurrently, QNB ALAHLI, the Commercial International Bank (CIB), and the Arab African International Bank kept their rates steady at EGP 46.84 for purchase and EGP 46.94 for sale.

The United Bank and the Housing and Development Bank adjusted their rates to EGP 46.80 for purchase and EGP 46.90 for sale.

In contrast, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank set its rates at EGP 46.94 for purchases and EGP 47.04 for sales.
