Egyptian bourse approves dual listing of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings
The dual listing of the shares of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH), a healthcare diagnostics service provider with operations in Egypt, Jordan, and Sudan, has been approved by Egyptian stock exchange’s (EGX) listing committee with an issued capital of $150 million.
The company’s capital will be distributed over 600 million shares at a nominal value of $0.25 a piece, the EGX said in a statement on Wednesday.
Shares will be listed five days after the date of the publication of the listing request under the ticker symbol “IDHC.CA”.
In March, IDH received the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority’s (FRA) approval for the dual listing of the company’s ordinary shares on the EGX.
