Egypt’s stock market closed in the green area on Thursday. The main index EGX30 rose by 0.21 per cent to 25519.25.
The small to mid-sized enterprises’ index, EGX70, climbed by 1.11 per cent to 5955.56.
EGX100 rose by 0.89 per cent to 8479.36.
The market cap reached 1,780,004,820,835 Egyptian pounds.
The Egyptians’ and Arabs’ transactions were mainly buying with 81 million pounds and 114 million pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreigners’ transactions went with selling with 33 million pounds.
The end-of-day trade hit 3.7 billion pounds with a total amount of 1.3 billion securities executed in 147 thousand transactions.

The shares of Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries (ISMQ.CA) rose by 19.96 per cent to close at the price of 2.692 pounds a share.
The snares of Dice Sport and Casual Wear (DSCW.CA) climbed by 19.92 per cent to the price of 1.132 pounds a share.
The shares of Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation (WKOL.CA) soared by 16.43 per cent closing at the price of 93.690 pounds a share.
The shares of El Arabia for Land Reclamation (EALR.CA) surged by 13.90 per cent to the purchasing price of 34.670 pounds a share.

The shares of Egyptian Arabian (cmar) Securities Brokerage EAC (EASB.CA) dropped by 4.59 per cent to close at 8.100 pounds a share.
The shares of General Company for Ceramic and Porcelain Products (PRCL.CA) declined by 4.40 per cent, to the price of 13.460 pounds a share.
The shares of Lecico – Egypt (LCSW.CA) fell by 4.02 per cent, to close at the price of 18.850 pounds a share.
The shares of Arabia Investments Holding (AIH.CA) were behind by 3.29 per cent, at the price of 0.500 pounds a share.
