Egypt’s stock market (EGX) closed on a green note on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
- The main index, EGX30 went up by 0.28 per cent, to 32,913.73 points.
- The Shariah index, EGX33 rose by 1.18 to 3m463.18 points.
- The SMEs index, EGX70 jumped by 1.44 to 10,150.5 points.
- The index, EGX100 soared by 1.21 per cent, to 13,661.76 points.
The total market cap reached 2,353,162,214,791 Egyptian pounds.
The Arabs and Non-Arab Foreigners were net sellers with 106,532,542 Egyptian pounds, and 36,852,986 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, The Egyptians were net buyers with 143,385,528 Egyptian pounds.
Top gainers
- El Kahera El Watania Investment share went up by 20.00 per cent to close at 57.420 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Sabaa International Company for Pharmaceutical and Chemical shares surged by 13.75 per cent, closing at 1.820 Egyptian pounds per share.
- Act Financial shares rose by 10.37 per cent reaching 3.300 Egyptian pounds per share.
Top losers
- Middle Egypt Flour Mills shares went down by 6.30 per cent to close at 64.270 Egyptian pounds a share.
- General Silos & Storage shares dropped by 5.16 per cent to close at 260.190 per cent a share.
- Certificates Of Odin Egyptian Equity Investment Fund-KASAB shares fell by 5.05 per cent, to close at 4.700 Egyptian pounds a share.
