Egypt’s stock exchange (EGX) closed mixed on Monday, with the main index, EGX30 going up by 0.33 per cent, to 30,374.96 points.
The Shariah index, EGX33 dipped by 0.02 to 2,936.33 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 fell by 0.57 per cent, to 7,139.84 points.
The index, EGX100 index dropped by 0.32 per cent, to 10,180.45 points.
The total market capitalisation reached 2,070,414,643,881 Egyptian pounds.
Non-Arab foreigners were sellers with 2,675,079,158 Egyptian pounds. Meanwhile, Egyptians and Arabs were net buyers with 2,332,990,591 Egyptian pounds, and 342,088,567 Egyptian pounds, respectively.

- Shares of Egyptian Arabian Company Themar for Securities Brokerage SAE (EASB.CA) climbed by 19.83 per cent, to close at the price of 4.350 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Shares of Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment (ANFI.CA) jumped by 18.92 per cent, to trade at the price of 27.910 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Shares of Lotus for Agricultural Investments And Development (LUTS.CA) soared by 13.46 per cent, to the purchasing price of 0.430 Egyptian pounds a share.

- Shares of Arab Developers Holding (PORT.CA) dived by 19.86 per cent, to close at 0.456 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Shares of Tanmiya for Real Estate Investment (TANM.CA) sank by 4.44 per cent, to close at 3.660 Egyptian pounds a share.
- Shares of Alexandria Containers and goods (ALCN.CA) shed 4.31 per cent, to close at the price of 44.000 Egyptian pounds a share.
