EGX flourishes in Closing Session, EGX30 nears 5344.32p

The main index, EGX 30, has recorded a boom of 0.68% to reach 5344.32p. EGX20 has hiked by 0.58% to reach 6383.08p.

Meanwhile, the mid- and small-cap index, the EGX70 has increased by 0.78% to reach 525.98p. Price index EGX100 has surged by 0.70% to reach 878.13p.

The market has recorded turnovers of L.E639.599 million through a volume of trading amounted to 160.788 million shares for 36.170 thousand transactions.

This was after trading in 167 listed securities; 75 down and 96 up while 16 keeping their previous levels.
