EGX: Modern Education Systems submits capital hike documents

EGX Administrative announced The Egyptian Modern Education Systems – (MOED) has submitted listing documents of issued capital increase from LE 8.893.234 to LE 16.899.319, with increase amounting to LE 8.006.085, at nominal value of LE1.

Capital hike will be funded from profits of the fiscal year ending 30/06/2015 and delayed profits from previous fiscal years.

The documents will be reviewed to be presented to the listing committee.
