EGX of SMEs: ICMI Joins Trading Club Next July 2nd

Egyptian Exchange’s Listing Committee held on 27/06/2013 has decided that listing the shares of International Company For medical Industries – ICMI S.A.E. (ICMI) will be added to the EGX of SMEs – NILEX’s database effective 02/07/2013.

shall be considered as if it never took place, due to the company?s miss conform to the Listing Rules. As a result, the company?s shares and its listing data or any other consequences have been cancelled starting from its underlying listing date, and it has been removed from EGX database effective 23/06/2013.

The opening price on the first trading day will be the par value of the security at EGP 5.
