EGX to close for Armed Forces Day on Oct. 9

Egypt’s Exchange (EGX) announced on Monday that trading will be suspended on Thursday, October 9, in observance of Armed Forces Day. The holiday has been moved from its official date on Monday, October 6, in line with the government’s decision.

Trading activities at the EGX will resume on Sunday, October 12.
