Egypt auctions land plots in new capital for housing compound flagships
Egypt’s state-run Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) is auctioning some land plots in the new capital for housing compound flagships, said a senior official source on Sunday.
The land plots are with spaces starting from 20 feddans, an official source in ACUD further told Amwal Al Ghad.
“The prices are from 3,800 Egyptian pounds ($235,067) to 5,500 pounds per square metre, according to the land plots’ location,” he said.
ACUD currently owns 50 land plots in the new capital for administrative and commercial activities, the official added.
The 50 land plots are located in an area between the second and third residential districts in the new capital on spaces ranging between 3,000 feddans and 5,000 feddans, the official said.
