Egypt-based Madinet Nasr for Housing to sign protocol with Armed Forces

Egyptian real estate firm Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD)’s Board of Directors mandated its Managing Director to sign protocol between the company and Armed Forces concerning Amal road for Srai project (Kilo 45, Cairo –Suez road).

Moreover, BoD approved that the company will bear the tax value on employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) granted to Former Managing Director amounting to LE1.672 million.
