Egypt, Belarus in talks to establish 12 joint investment projects

Egypt and Belarus are studying 12 joint investment projects in areas of industry, information technology and scientific research, Belarusian Minister of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade Vladimir Koltovich said.

He made these comments during the 6th round of the Egyptian-Belarussian Committee for trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation.

Koltovich added that Belarusian products, made in Egypt, is expected to enter into the African and COMESA markets within 2021.

On the other hand, the value of trade exchange with Egypt increased by 36% during the first half of 2019 to reach $ 74 million, he noted.
