A number of Egypt’s construction firms working in New El Alamein City, northwest of Cairo, seeks to start carrying out the biggest commercial complex there at the end of December 2017.
The complex will include a bunch of commercial, service, and entertainment projects, sources with knowledge told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
Two firms have so far won a mandate to execute the complex, the sources further stated, adding that other 11 firms have been mandated to implement residential towers.
In addition, the sources referred that 11 local firms have been assigned with carrying out six giant residential towers in the first phase of New El Alamein City.
Egypt’s state-owned Arab Contractors, Orascom Construction, Hassan Allam, Redcon Construction, Dorra Group, and SIAC have been tasked with executing the works in the city.
