Egypt declares July 24 paid holiday marking 1952 Revolution

Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly has issued a decision declaring Thursday, July 24, 2025, an official paid holiday in celebration of the July 23, 1952, Revolution, as per a Cabinet statement on Wednesday.

The holiday has been moved from Wednesday, July 23, and will be applied for employees in public servants.
