Egypt develops power stations in SCZone at EGP4.4bln
The Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) has completed a number of power stations in partner with industrial devlopers a total cost of 4.4 Egyptian pounds, according to a report entitled “Axis of Hope.
The cost of infrastructure and utilities works at the SCZone amounted to about 25.711 billion pounds during the period from July 2016 to June 2020, the report highlighted
SCZone Chairperson Yehia Zaki said the zone has succeeded in attracting large investments, particularly from abroad.
In addition, SCZone has established a number of water stations and desalination plants, lifting and purification stations as well as storage tanks, at a total cost of EGP 5.4bn.
