Egypt’s Minister of Health and Population, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, discussed potential collaboration in the health technology field with the CEO of Integromed Ibrahim Suleiman on the sidelines of the Arab Health 2025 being held in the United Arab Emirates, according to a Cabinet statement.
The meeting focused on leveraging Integromed’s technological solutions to improve healthcare in Egypt, the statement added. The discussions focused on partnering with Integromed to address healthcare challenges such as digitising health records, improving patient care, advanced diagnostics, and health monitoring, the ministry’s spokesperson added.
They also emphasised collaboration in public health programmes in Egypt, focusing on maternal and child health, disease prevention, health education, and ministry-approved health strategies, the statement added.
Abdel Ghaffar and Suleiman discussed collaborating on training programmes for healthcare providers, including the latest diagnostic and treatment techniques, as well as health infrastructure projects and emergency and critical care support.
