Egypt explores strategic healthcare cooperation with UAE firm Casta

Egypt’s Deputy Health Minister Mohamed El-Tayeb met with representatives from Dubai-based Casta Group to discuss potential investments in the country’s healthcare sector through strategic public-private partnerships, the ministry said on Wednesday.

The talks, held during El-Tayeb’s visit to the United Arab Emirates, explored the creation of a dedicated platform to identify and develop healthcare opportunities aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030 strategy.

Casta Group, an investment advisory firm focused on the healthcare industry, presented models for collaboration between investors and operators, highlighting international success cases that support sustainable sector growth.

Discussions also addressed capital structuring mechanisms that respect national sovereignty considerations, as well as frameworks for attracting strategic investment while aligning with Egypt’s healthcare priorities and global best practices.
