Egypt finalises five social housing buildings in New Fayoum
Egypt has completed five social housing buildings at the third district in New Fayoum city, 100km (62.1 miles) far from south Cairo, Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly said on Sunday.
“We have delivered 50 units out of the total five buildings for citizens,” added Madbouly, who also acts like a Minister of Housing.
Egypt is currently executing a number of utilities works of 277 land plots in New Fayoum as part of a national social housing units in the country, according to New Fayoum Authority’s head Ashraf Abdel Rahman.
“We are implementing a school, nursery, market and health care unit, in addition to two commercial shops in New Fayoum,” Abdel Rahman further said.
