Egypt FM stresses sustaining Gaza ceasefire, advancing reconstruction

Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdel Atty emphasised the importance of sustaining the ceasefire in Gaza and advancing early recovery and reconstruction projects without displacing Palestinians, as per the minisrty’s statement on Thursday.

He made these remarks during a meeting with his Lebanese counterpart, Youssef Rjeily, on Thursday, in Paris. He also stressed the importance of implementing all phases of the ceasefire agreement to ensure stability and progress in the region.
