Egypt, France to boost economic ties

Egypt and France are considering boosting their economic ties, said Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation Rania Al-Mashat on Saturday.

This came during a meeting between the minister and the French Minister of State for Development Chrysoula Zacharopoulou. The meeting aimed to boost economic relations between Egypt and France.

The meeting was held during Al-Mashat’s visit to France on the sidelines of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) Forum on Green Finance and Investment.

Al-Mashat also discussed boosting multilateral cooperation with the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) in various development areas.
